Worship and Membership

The mission of our worship is to provide an open, hospitable environment, where people attain a better understanding and a richer experience of God’s grace in Jesus Christ.

Worship has been a central part of congregational life at FPC since its beginning in 1838. The styles of worship have modulated over the years, but the God whom we worship has not!

Join us at 9:30 for a TRADITIONAL SERVICE which features congregational hymns, choral music accompanied by organ and piano, and presentation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

If your taste is more towards the CONTEMPORARY style of worship, join us at 11AM. Worship music is led by a praise band in a more casual service which is can be described by the acronym EPIC.
